To drive the point home, the bumper sticker also had a yellow ribbon in a red circle with slash through it. This eyesore was surrounded by other left leaning, homages to liberal politicians and philosophies. However, the “Germans” sticker was over-the-top wrong. Seriously. It was incorrect in its implication.
1. Not all Germans believed in Hitler’s philosophy of the “Final Solution.” Many belonged to the Nazi party, which was the ruling government party in Germany. In dictatorships, many people don’t have choices on what they need to “follow.” As terrible as it seems, we’re survivalists and people saved their asses by pledging to a political party with abhorrent leaders.
2. Support for a person or group of people does not imply support of a philosophy. Obviously, this asshat has the luxury of not fighting in the war at the moment, because if his/her butt got shipped off over to Iraq, I bet they’d sure as heck want the support of the American people - namely in the form of Kevlar and bullets. To many, the military is the key to a more prosperous future - an education, job security, a way out of poverty to see the world. Not everyone has the luxury of driving to work everyday at Suburban Square in their crappy billboard of liberal ideas. Some people join the military, regardless of their personal political philosophies. Unfortunately, war involves actions of questionable ethical character, but then you should brandish a bumper sticker about the wrongs of WAR, not of the PEOPLE involved in it.
Seriously, though… just go screw yourself. No matter what erudite and articulate arguments I could present for why that bumper sticker is so freaking wrong it will just come full circle to… screw yourself. And then maybe you should donate some money to the VA and the aging troops from WWII you don’t support who fought so you could have that lameass bumper sticker on your American-made car. Otherwise, it would probably be in German. The irony of your idiocy hurts.

Marxist 'mentor' sold drugs with Obama

– The late Marxist activist Frank Marshall Davis, frequently accompanied by young Barack Obama and his grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham, sold marijuana and cocaine from a "Chicago style" hot dog cart Davis operated near his home on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki in the early 1970s, WND has established.
A credible source, a well-known resident of Honolulu who spoke at length with WND on condition he not be named, disclosed that Davis was the source of drugs consumed by Obama. Davis was also the author of an autobiographical novel boasting of "swinging" and sex with minors, a copy of which WND obtained from Andrew Walden, a resident of Hilo on the island of Hawaii and publisher of the Hawaii Free Press.
Obama, in his autobiographical book "Dreams from My Father," discloses that he used both marijuana and cocaine as a high school student living with his grandparents in their Honolulu apartment.
The source said that on more than a dozen occasions he purchased "8-balls" consisting of approximately 3.6 grams of cocaine from Davis at the hot dog stand when Obama was present.
"Obama was a young kid, about 14 or 15 years old," the source told WND. "I was told his name was Barry, and there was no doubt Barry knew Davis was selling marijuana and cocaine as well as hot dogs from the stand."
"Barry was also there with an older white gentleman I'm told was Stanley," the source said. "I thought Stanley was Barry's father."
WND has established that Stanley was Stanley Armour Dunham, Obama's grandfather.
"I bought cocaine from Davis at the hot dog stand," the source said. "The first purchase I made was in 1975. In total, I bought 14 purchases of cocaine from Davis. I bought what Davis called an '8-ball' that consisted of about 3.6 grams of cocaine. An '8-ball' cost $300."
As was established in "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality," Obama lived with his mother and his Indonesian Muslim stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, in Jakarta from 1967 to 1970, when Obama was approximately 6 to 10 years old.
Obama's mother sent him back to Hawaii alone in 1970 to live with his grandparents while she and Obama's sister, Maya, remained in Indonesia to continue living with Soetoro.
Ann Dunham subsequently divorced Soetoro and returned to Hawaii to continue pursuing a master's degree in anthropology from the University of Hawaii.
For a period of three years, Obama lived in what he described as "a small apartment a block away from Punahou," his high school.
Obama's mother returned with Maya to Indonesia to complete her anthropology field work in Indonesia.
Obama reports in his autobiography that he refused to go back to Indonesia to attend the international school there, preferring instead to remain in Hawaii and live with his grandparents in their apartment.
Obama reported that his grandfather at this time had a number of black male friends who "were mostly poker and bridge partners," describing them as "neatly dressed men with hoarse voices and clothes that smelled of cigars, the kind of men for whom everything has its place and who figure they've seen enough not to waste a lot of time talking about it."
Obama then reports that an exception was "a poet named Frank who lived in a dilapidated house in a run-down section of Waikiki."
The WND source confirmed this description matched Frank Marshall Davis's residence on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki.
In "Unfit for Publication," the 40-page rebuttal the Obama campaign submitted to "The Obama Nation," the Obama campaign admitted for the first time, on page 9, that Frank Marshall Davis was the man Obama had identified in his autobiography as "Frank."
"Unfit for Publication" says under the heading "Reality" that Obama's memoir characterized Davis as a figure from his youth who "fell short" and whose view of race was "incurable," attempting to rebut the charge in "The Obama Nation" that Davis was a mentor to Obama during Obama's teenage years at Punahou.
In "Dreams from My Father," Obama admits his grandfather drank alcohol with Davis, "sharing whiskey with Gramps out of an emptied jelly jar."
Obama also admits in the autobiography that his grandfather took him "downtown to one of his favorite bars, in Honolulu's red-light district."
Both Walden and the WND source on Davis' drug-selling both affirmed that the bar involved was one of several then located in the largely black red-light district on Smith Street, at that time located near Honolulu's Chinatown.
Obama also admits drinking whiskey with Davis, describing in his autobiography that he drove to Waikiki to visit Davis and drink whiskey with him out of plastic cups. On that evening Obama had become upset learning that a black panhandler had approached his grandmother and scared her at a bus stop while she was waiting to go to work.
In the incident, Obama reports "reaching for the bottle, this time pouring my own," while listening to Davis explain that Obama's grandmother was "right to be scared."
Davis told Obama, "She understands that black people have a reason to hate."
In response, Obama said, "The earth shook under my feet, ready to crack open at any moment. I stopped, trying to steady myself, and knew for the first time that I was utterly alone."
Obama also admitted in his autobiography that in his first two years in college at Occidental he was involved with drugs: "I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it."
Obama has never disclosed his source for purchasing drugs.
The Telegraph of London reported in August that Davis and Stanley Dunham smoked marijuana together and that Obama was first introduced to Davis by Dunham in 1970, when Obama returned from Indonesia.

The Telegraph also documented that Davis was the author of "the hard-core pornographic autobiography published in San Diego in 1968 by Greenleaf Classics under the pseudonym Bob Green."
WND received independent confirmation that Davis was the author of "Sex Rebel: Black (Memoirs of a Gash Gourmet), from an established academic expert on Davis, who wished to remain anonymous.
In a forward to "Sex Rebel," Davis openly discussed that he lived the life of a sexual swinger, writing: "I admit, however, that my sex syndrome may be more complex than that of many swingers and swappers."
He continued to disclose, "Under certain circumstances I am bi-sexual." After enumerating various unusual and scatological sexual techniques he liked, Davis added: "I'm also a voyeur and exhibitionist. Occasionally I am mildly interested in sado-masochism."
Writing as Green, Davis admitted in the foreword that he "often wished" he had two male sex organs to double his sexual pleasure: "As you see, I partake of many of the variations that our Puritans label 'perversions' – a term which to me carries moral judgment and therefore has no place in my erotic vocabulary."
According to Walden, a typical passage beginning on page 274 of "Sex Rebel" describes Davis in November 1958 stalking Kapiolani Park in Waikiki. Davis, writing as Greene, "soon encounters two tourists – a Seattle couple he calls 'Dot' and 'Lloyd.'"
"Lloyd brags to the complete stranger [Davis] about Dot's figure," Walden explained. "After a few minutes of small talk to establish their mutual interest in 'swinging' … Davis then devotes almost all of Chapter 27 to a graphic and detailed description of their three-way sexual encounters over the next few days."
Although "Sex Rebels" is openly discussed as autobiography, Walden notes Davis/Greene frequently changes names and identities, even though Davis/Greene confirms that "all incidents I have described here have been taken from actual experiences."

Invoking his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, Davis refused to answer a direct question asking if he was then a communist. A year earlier, in 1955, a Commission on Subversive Activities organized by the government of the Territory of Hawaii identified Davis as a member of the Communist Party USA. The committee singled out for criticism several articles Davis published in the "Communist Honolulu Record" that were critical of the commission.
The commission also found objectionable a 1951 story Davis published, entitled "Hawaii's Plain People Fight White Supremacy," in the November 1951 issue of a New York City communist tabloid.
The two African-American writers Obama mentions to give "Frank" some context both had communist connections as well. Langston Hughes and Richard Wright were the two African-American writers most identified with the Communist Party USA in the 1930s.
Hughes, a prolific writer who was best known for his 1921 poem "The Negro Speaks of Rivers," told the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations in 1953 that he had been a communist sympathizer.
Hughes further testified there was a period of his life when he believed in the Soviet Union's form of government and that books he authored were written to follow the communist line. Wright, best known for his 1940 novel "Native Son," was the Harlem editor of the communist newspaper Daily Worker in 1937.
John Edgar Tidwell, a professor of English at the University of Kansas who produced an anthology of Davis' poems also confirms Davis joined the Communist Party. Tidwell argued Davis' radical poetry and newspaper articles "put him on a collision course" with the House Un-American Activities Committee and the FBI.
In his autobiography, "Livin' the Blues," Davis himself tells of being pursued by the U.S. government, saying it did not bother him.
Openly, he wrote, "I knew I would be described as a Communist, but frankly I had reached the stage where I didn't give a damn. Too many people I respected as Freedom Fighters were listed as Red for me to fear name calling."
Davis wrote, "The genuine Communists I knew as well as others so labeled had one principle in common: to use any and every means to abolish racism." Davis said he wrote to give "the widest possible publicity to the many instances of racism and the dissatisfaction of Afro-American with the status quo."

McCain for President
I know this must come as a shock to anyone who has read my blog before(wink,wink), But I am officially endorsing John Sidney McCain III for President of the United States. Why should this matter to you? because I am going to lay out solid reasons why I am doing this. Number one, despite the Obama campaign referring to McCain as "erratic" all you need to do is check his 40 yr record and it proves McCain is a Stalwart. Also Imagine WHEN another 9\11 type incident happens, do you really want Barack Obama steering the ship? Or would you rather have a military leader who stood his ground for 4 1/2 years as a POW for his men? Even Joe "The Senator" said that Obama's youth and inexperience will invite a crisis. He also said that "The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training", He was referring directly to Obama. The economic crisis will eventually come and go as they all do, But our enemies will not stop coming. Do we really want to wait for the first attack to find out what Obama will do? or do we want to trust in the man with military experience and proven now how in a time of Military crisis? Some of the things Obama has admitted he wants to "Change" go against our very constitution. I love my country and the principles it was founded on, and in my book those things are not open to "change". This is just my opinion, if you don't like it, sue me. But leave our founding fathers wisdom in place.

Barack Obama's record against the Illinois Born Alive Infants Protection Act

DEBATE 3: OBAMA’S LIES
Obama Lie #1: Obama falsely stated that Born Alive "said you have to provide lifesaving treatment and that would have helped to undermine Roe v. Wade."
FACT #1: Born Alive Infant Protection Act (BAIPA) simply stated all born alive babies became legally protected persons immediately upon birth, no matter what gestational age and no matter if unwanted abortion survivors. The legislation applied to babies where were completely outside their mothers’ womb and no longer under any jurisdiction of Roe v. Wade.
Obama Lie #2: "And the Illinois Medical Society, the organization of doctors in Illinois, voted against it. Their Hippocratic Oath would have required them to provide care, and there was already a law in the books.”
FACT #2: IL abortion law to this day only protects abortion survivors their abortionist deems fit to live. The potential for subjective assessments in these cases is clear to all but Obama. In fact, Obama opposed closing this loophole by voting against legislation to mandate a second doctor be present at deliveries of all live abortion survivors to independently assess their viability.
During that period, the Attorney General reported that the practice of abandoning infants born alive during late-term abortions was not covered by the law. Jill Stanek and others testified to the practice, and the Illinois Senate heard testimony that suggested that as many as 20% of all late-term abortions resulted in a live birth. Obama lied about the circumstances of the bill; the reason it was being proposed was because existing law was ineffective at protecting infants born alive. (HotAir.com, 10/16)
Obama Lie #3: "I am completely supportive of a ban on late-term abortions, partial-birth or otherwise, as long as there's an exception for the mother's health and life, and this did not contain that exception."
FACT #3: First, Obama is using the phrase "late term" to refer to the third trimester of pregnancy. It has long been established that the great majority of partial-birth abortions are performed in the fifth and sixth months; these are babies developed enough to be born alive (hence the term "partial birth"), but are not "late term" in the sense that the phrase is used by pro-abortion advocates. Secondly, the Supreme Court has defined the term "health" to include, in the abortion context, "all factors -- physical, emotional, psychological, familial and the woman's age -- relevant to the well-being of the patient." (NRLC press release, 10/16)
Obama Lie #4: "But there surely is some common ground when both those who believe in choice and those who are opposed to abortion can come together" -- for example, by "helping single mothers if they want to choose to keep the baby."
FACT #4: Obama advocates cutting off all federal aid to crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs). Across the nation, CPCs provide all manner of assistance to women who are experiencing crisis pregnancies, and they save the lives of many children. Late in 2007, RHrealitycheck.org, a prominent pro-abortion advocacy website (representing the side hostile to such funding), submitted in writing the following question to the Obama campaign: "Does Sen. Obama support continuing federal funding for crisis pregnancy centers?" The Obama campaign's written response: "No." (NRLC press release, 10/16)
Born Alive Background on Obama
Obama voted against this straightforward human rights legislation 4 times (aside from his "no" counted "present" vote), stating as the sole state senator speaking against it on the Senate floor in 2001 it would be "unconstitutional" to declare very premature abortion survivors persons because "the equal protection clause does not allow somebody to kill a child, and if this is a child, then this would be an anti-abortion statute."
In other words, if premature abortion survivors were declared legal persons, they couldn't be legally "kill[ed]" - Obama's word.
Obama not only opposed IL's BAIPA, he took a leadership role to kill it. His website still contains an ABC News quote from the IL Planned Parenthood CEO at the time stating "Obama approached her" to strategize to defeat BAIPA as well as the Partial Birth Abortion Ban. Barack Obama actually sought out PP to help him defeat a bill protecting abortion survivors.
Finally, for 4 years Obama lied about his record opposing BAIPA. In 2003 he voted against an identical version that passed 98-0 in the U.S. Senate and for which the pro-abortion group NARAL even expressed neutrality.
He then purported several times, as recently as August 16, 2008, that the bills were not identical and he would have supported the IL version had it been the same as the federal version. This was yet another LIE, which Obama's campaign finally had to recant after his actual vote tally from the IL General Assembly archive was posted online.

Some Tech Tips
Ok, Now for a little break from the Political Commentary. I am sure we are all getting a little tired of all the politics and looking forward to this election season being over. So with that in mind I decided to post something completely non- political, Some Computer and Cable TV tech Tips.
If you have a cable company DVR box and you do not have a 30 Second Commercial Skip Button, here is how to create one.
1. Press the "cable" button at the top of the remote to put it into Cable Box control mode.
2. Press and hold the "Setup" button until the "Cable" button blinks twice.
3. Type in the code 994. The "Cable" button will blink twice.
4. Press (do not hold) the "Setup" button.
5. Type in the code 00173 for the 30 second skip.
6. Press whatever button on the remote you want to map the skip function to.
(I used the b button).
I tried it on mine and it works. Now for a tip for tweaking your Broadband connection on your PC.
Your PC may not be tuned properly to take full advantage of your full connection speed. For those with high speed connections (faster cable networks, FiOS, etc), tuning your TCP stack is necessary if you wish to fully utilize the available bandwidth in one single download.
WINDOWS VISTA USERS: Vista TCP tuning (tweaking) is NOT advisable. The Vista TCP stack does a reasonable job of tuning the receive window dynamically, there are no known registry tweaks that would optimize Vista better than its default configuration.
For everyone else:
Take the Tweak test at BroadbandReports.com
After that your next stop should be to go here to download the TCP Optimizer. The tool uses advanced algorithms, and the bandwidth delay product to find the best TCP Window for your specific connection speed. It provides for easy tuning of all related TCP/IP parameters, such as MTU, RWIN, and even advanced ones like QoS and ToS/Diffserv prioritization. The program works with all current versions of Windows, and includes additional tools, such as testing average latency over multiple hosts, and finding the largest possible packet size (MTU).
You can Also edit the registry yourself, but I do not recommend it as mistakes can be costly. For more info on editing the registry yourself, for Windows 2000or XP go here, for Windows 95/98/ME, first ask someone to slap you for not upgrading yet, then go here.

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a post turtle was?
The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle." The Republican Party was created in 1854 in opposition to the Kansas-Nebraska Act that would have allowed the expansion of slavery into Kansas. What about the reviled, allegedly anti-black, Republican "Southern strategy"? Pat Buchanan, writing for Richard Nixon (who became the Republican Party candidate two years later) coined the term "Southern strategy." They expected the "strategy" to ultimately result in the complete marginalization of racist Southern Democrats. "We would build our Republican Party on a foundation of states' rights, human rights, small government, and a strong national defense," said Buchanan, "and leave it to the 'party of [Democratic Georgia Gov. Lester] Maddox, [1966 Democratic challenger against Spiro Agnew for Maryland governor George] Mahoney, and [Democratic Alabama Gov. George] Wallace to squeeze the last ounces of political juice out of the rotting fruit of racial injustice.'" And President Richard Nixon, Republican, implemented the first federal affirmative action (race-based preference) laws with goals and timetables.
Now, a little piece for all the liberals. The above mentioned items are provable FACTS! Definition of a fact: a piece of information about circumstances that exist or events that have occurred; a statement or assertion of verified information about something that is the case or has happened; a concept whose truth can be proved; "scientific hypotheses are not facts". In other words, do not make fools of yourselves trying to argue this or defend it. I am SICK and TIRED of people calling me a racist for being a Republican or because I will NOT vote for Barack Obama. My feelings for Obama have absolutely nothing to do with his skin color. It is however all about the content of his character and the things he stands for. So quit crying liberals, admit to yourselves what and who you are and deal with it. Or change.

Joe the Plumber
Those of you that know me should have known I would have something to say about this. Joe Wurzelbacher from Toledo, Ohio, has become an unlikely media star after finding himself the focus of the debate between the two Presidential nominees. He is a tradesman who has worked 12-hour shifts for years and now plans to buy his own small plumbing business. The trouble for Joe the plumber is that this would take his earnings to more than $250,000 - making him a target of Obama’s plan to tax the wealthy. Joe pointed this out to Senator Obama as the Democratic candidate campaigned in Toledo last weekend. In that exchange Wurzelbacher asked Obama if he believed in the American Dream. Wurzelbacher said he was about to buy a company that makes more than $250,000 a year and was concerned that Obama would tax him more because of it. what was Obama's response? Obama told Joe the Plumber "we need to spread the wealth around". Wurzelbacher this morning told ABC News' Diane Sawyer that "I mean not that I don't want to be taxed. You have to be taxed. But to -- just because you work a little harder to have a little bit more money taken from you, I mean, that's scary. You know as opposed to other people. I worked hard for it. Why should I be taxed more than other people?".
Diane asked, "if those people should not be taxed additionally, even though they're in the top 5% of America, what about people who make $1 million? Or $5 million?"
"Well, I mean, quite honestly, why should they be penalized for being successful?" Wurzelbacher asked. "I mean, that's what you're telling me. That's what it sounds like you're saying. That's wrong. Because you're successful, you have to pay more than everybody else? We all live in this country. It's a basic right. And Obama wants to take that basic right and penalize me for it, is what it comes down to. That's a very socialist view and it's incredibly wrong. I mean, $250,000 now. What if he decides, well you know $150,000, you're pretty rich too. Let's go ahead and lower it again. You know it's a slippery slope. When's it going to stop?" Joe, the answer is IF "The Gang of Three(Pelossi,Dodd & Obama) take over Washington this is only the beginning of a tax and spend, Robin Hood socialist society.

Your Social Security
Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn't know this. It's easy to check it out, if you don't believe it. You might need a little history lesson on what's what .and it doesn't matter whether you are Democrat or Republican. Facts are Facts!!!
Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social
Security (FICA) Program. He promised:
1.) That participation in the Program would be
completely voluntary,
2.) That the participants would only have to pay
1% of the first $1,400 of their annual
Incomes into the Program,
3.) That the money the participants elected to put
into the Program would be deductible from
their income for tax purposes each year,
4.) That the money the participants put into the
independent "Trust Fund" rather than into the
general operating fund, and therefore, would
only be used to fund the Social Security
Retirement Program, and no other
Government program, and,
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees
would never be taxed as income.
Since many people have paid into FICA for years and are
now receiving a Social Security check every month --
and then finding that they are getting taxed on 85% of
the money they paid to the Federal government to "put
away" -- you may be interested in the following:
Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the
independent "Trust Fund" and put it into the
general fund so that Congress could spend it?
A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically
controlled House and Senate.
Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax

Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social
Security annuities?
A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the
"tie-breaking" deciding vote as President of the

A: That's right!
Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party.
immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65,

the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans
want to take your Social Security away!

BLOG ACTION DAY- POVERTY
Today is blog action day and bloggers are asked to blog on poverty. I do not think there is anything I can say about poverty that would put it better than the folks at www.one.org. So I chose to reprint their article here. http://www.one.org/debt_cancellation/
For decades, poor African countries spent billions of dollars repaying debts to donor countries and international financial institutions. Many of these loans were given for political reasons during the Cold War to prop up particular governments and, in many cases, were wasted by corrupt and unaccountable regimes. These large debts became a serious impediment to poverty reduction and economic development. Countries began taking on new loans to repay old ones. Some countries spent more each year to service debt payments than they did on health and education combined.
While the debt crisis is far from over, industrialized countries have taken action to relieve debt burdens in many of the most impoverished countries, and these commitments have proven effective. Debt relief has been extended through two vehicles: the Highly Indebted Poor Country (HIPC) Initiative and the Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative (MDRI). The HIPC Initiative, started in 1996 and enhanced in 1999, cancels most bilateral debt and some multilateral debt for 40 of the most impoverished countries once they adopt economic and governance reform programs supported by the IMF and the World Bank. The HIPC process is designed to ensure that the debt savings are directed to country-owned poverty alleviation priorities.
At the 2005 G8 Summit, G8 leaders, led by the U.S. and the U.K., took further action to broaden debt relief by adopting the MDRI. For those countries that have completed the HIPC process, the MDRI agreement provides 100% debt cancellation of eligible debts that are owed to the World Bank, the IMF and the African Development Bank.
In total, 41 of the most impoverished countries in the world (34 of which are in Africa) are eligible for debt cancellation. For the 33 countries (27 in Africa) that have received debt relief thus far, it has proved to be immensely effective in achieving development objectives:
o Debt relief is estimated to have reduced the debt stock of African Post-Decision Point countries by $86.7 billion, $70 billion of this for African Completion Point countries.
o HIPC and the Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative (MDRI) freed up approximately $2.3 billion in debt service savings in 2007 – funds that can now be used to finance development.
o African countries have used the funds that they no longer spend on debt service to reduce poverty. Partly because of debt cancellation, Post-Decision Point countries increased the share of their government revenues directed to poverty reduction from 37.8% in 2000 to 55.1% in 2007. In absolute terms, this means an increase in poverty-reducing expenditure from $5.8 billion (6.8% of GDP) in 2000 to $20 billion (9.4% of GDP) in 2007- an increase of $14 billion.
Moving Forward
Debt relief has proven itself an effective tool in the fight against poverty. To ensure that the benefits of debt cancellation are fully realized, the following steps should be taken by the international community:
o Donors must mobilize resources to ensure that debt cancellation commitments are implemented and that the resources available for debt cancellation are additional to other development assistance.
o Donors should implement an expanded debt cancellation initiative for poor countries that spend a significant portion of domestic resources servicing debt, but were excluded from debt relief because their debt levels did not meet the HIPC threshold.
o As poor countries continue to look for ways to finance development, new lending may incur additional debts that can threaten the sustainability of past debt cancellation. To preserve the gains from the HIPC and MDRI initiatives, donors should scale up development flows in the form of grants (as opposed to through new loans whenever possible) and do not impose harmful economic conditions.
o The international community should develop a means of arbitrating the origins of debts so that odious and illegitimate debts are dealt with through a fair and transparent process that recognizes creditors’ co-responsibility.
o Finally, the international community needs to address the activities of vulture funds and their impact on development. Vulture funds are private financial institutions that buy outstanding debt owed by an impoverished country to a government or commercial creditor. After buying the debt at a steep discount, vulture funds can take legal action to seek repayment of the original amount and more.

ACORN office in Vegas raided in voter-fraud probe
LAS VEGAS (breitbart.com)- Nevada state authorities are raiding the Las Vegas headquarters of an organization that works to get low-income people to vote.
A Nevada secretary of state's office spokesman said Tuesday that investigators are looking for evidence of voter fraud at the office of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN.
No one was at the ACORN office when state agents arrived with a search warrant and began carting records and documents away.
Secretary of State spokesman Bob Walsh says ACORN is accused of submitting multiple voter registrations with false and duplicate names.
The raid comes two months after state and federal authorities formed a task force to pursue election-fraud allegations in Nevada.

In Islamic law, in the event that a Muslim man and his wife are divorced, the children go with the father - the rationale being that it is the father's responsibility to raise the children and ensure that they grow up to be good Muslims. There is no concept, as exists in Jewish thought regarding the Jewishness of the child being dependent on the faith of the mother, wherein a child is automatically Muslim by virtue of the faith of the father.
BTW, check out his voting record in the U.S. Senate. The ADA rated him to the left of Kennedy and Hillary. Yet, the media makes no mention of this.
Obama recently apologized for a sweetheart Chicago real estate deal where he bought a house at a big discount and also bought a neighboring lot for a very small amount. The deal was done with a shady Syrian businessman now under indictment (the Syrian bought the house next door), who brokered the cut-rate deal on Obama's house).
What's even more interesting is that the Syrian is business partners with Elijah Mohammad's son.
Is Obama involved with the Nation of Islam in some way?
Obama's mother was a Muslim-loving and highly unstable wackjob who couldn't care for her son. His half-sister is a very, very lefty high school and university teacher in Hawaii. She really goes for the multiculti and feminist stuff.

Better yet, someone please tell me that it is not the height of absurdity that someone who represents the kind of ideology that our brave men and women have fought and died to stop is now on the brink of taking the helm of our government. If we let this man win this election, we will make a mockery of the blood they shed to keep precisely his kind of thinking out of this country.

How Barack Obama Would Fund US, Intl Abortions
Washington, DC (LifeNews. com) -- Last week, the Bush administration used a national law prohibiting American taxpayer funding of international groups that promote forced abortions to de-fund UK-based Marie Stopes International.
