- OK, here goes, I guess an introduction is in order. I am a 38 yr old currently single Conservative-Libertarian male working in tech support. The intended purpose of this Blog will be to speak my mind on issues ranging from Politics & Religion all the way to Electronics and Recipes. Eclectic, yes I guess it is, but so am I. maybe when obama is elected prez in 3 days we will have a government that supports our troops and ends this futile war in iraq...
.... and maybe when McCain is elected in 2 days, we will win this war and support or troops by bringing them home in victory. See, I believe that America is the greatest country on earth, ordained by God to help bring his word to the world and to protect Israel. I support any action that establishes a free and "democratic" government in any nation of the world. "But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guard for their future Security" It means that those who have the ability to stand up and fight or defend also have the responsibility to stand up and fight or defend. That is written in our Declaration of Independence. That is who we are. I still have faith in this country and my God. And I have hope that the American people will be faithful and stand up for his word. I also pray for those who feel that we have been on the wrong path. Knowing that we have lost as many soldiers in the last 8 years fighting 2 wars as we did under the Clinton administration in a time of peace. The world is un-godly and we have enemies both at home and abroad. God be with us all and His will be done. Amen.
where in the bible does it support america being ordained by God? how can you think that God would want our government to torture and kill in the name of the lord when the original reason we even went to war was a lie? but i guess thats again another illogical way to view the world
For 8 years I have heard this retoric liberal questioning. You have elected your Messiah. Ask him. The all knowing all seeing savior of your lost and misguided world.
But beware the night of Long Knives. That came to those closest to the Furhrer. History repeats itself. It is now June 29-30, 1934 (The Night of the Long Knives was a turning point in the history of Hitler's Germany. Hitler had made it clear that he was the supreme ruler of Germany who had the right to be judge and jury, and had the power to decide whether people lived or died.)
